Band Information

Formed in August, 1999 in Wallstreet CO, JIVE is a new band putting twists on old school sounds. With a wide variety of influences including, Bob Marley, Jerry Garcia, John Coltrane and Led Zeppelin, the JIVE experience produces soulful grooves backed with serious rhythm. Their unique sound has landed them gigs with bands like Karl Denson's Tiny Universe and ReBirth Brass Band, as well as spots at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. Known for their late-night jams and post-parties, JIVE's energy can both start the party going and end it with a bang.
