This All-star line-up from the Bay area includes bass player Kai Eckhardt, (John MaLaughlin, Bela Fleck, Al Dimeola, Bobby McFerrin) Blue Note recording guitarist Fareed Haque ( ex-Sting, Dizzy Gillespie) & drummer Alan Hertz, ( ex-KVHW). This super group explores territory first charted by Miles Davis in his wild and woolly early 70's ensembles.
Or as Fareed Haque says: "it's been leaning more and more toward a kind of world African funk vibe."
